SGRO Files Suit on behalf of prison employees who were strip searched

Neil S. Hyman, Esquire and Elyse Strickland, Esquire of Selzer, Gurvitch, Rabin & Obecny have filed suit against the State of Maryland for violating the constitutional and civil rights of 8 employees at the state prison facility (MCTC) in Hagerstown, who were subjected to a strip and visual cavity search upon arriving at work one morning. In addition to the strip and cavity search several of the employees were subsequently ridiculed for their clothing and/or anatomy in the days following the strip search.
