 As an important part of our real estate practice, we represent a diverse group of real estate lending institutions including community, regional and national banks in the structuring and closing of both asset based as well as balance sheet loan transactions.

The firm also engages in sophisticated tax analysis and planning for our clients to ensure that deal structures are designed in the most tax efficient manner. Our tax/real estate practice includes structuring and implementing sophisticated 1031 transactions.
